I use Royal Mail, the shipping rates are as follows: UK – FREE DELIVERY - 1-2 days (Next Day Delivery available for £7) Europe - £2.50 - 3-5 working days USA & Canada - £3.30 - 5-7 working days Australia - £3.30 - 5-7 working days Everywhere else - £3.30 - 5-7 working days
2. How can I pay?
You can use your Paypal account or pay with major credit cards using our shopping basket facility. Please follow the instructions in our online shop.
3. How soon my product will be dispatched?
Once the order is placed the item will be shipped within two working days. If you need your order for the Next Day Delivery please drop me a line on tubellery [at] gmail.com and I will get that sorted for you!
4. What is the status of my order?
Once the product you ordered is dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can see the status of your order in your respective courier's website.
5. What is your return policy?
You have up to 14 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order and to obtain a refund for the item purchased. In order to return, please contact me on tubellery [at] gmail.com.
6. Can I exchange a product?
Yes, you can exchange your product up to 31 working days after you receive your delivery. Please contact me on tubellery [at] gmail.com to reserve the product you wish to exchange it for.
